Our Search Process:
Needs Analysis: In partnership with our clients we determine the
characteristics of the ideal candidate and specific results to be
achieved over both the short and long term.
Position Specification: After carefully analyzing the client’s
needs, a written position specification is prepared to guide our search
efforts.
Candidate Identification: A comprehensive research study is designed
including target organizations, sources and prospective candidates.
Intensive research begins to identify highly qualified candidates. Top
candidates are interviewed and evaluated on the basis of their
experience, accomplishments and fit with our client’s organization.
Presentation of Potential Candidates: Confidential written reports
are typically presented on exceptionally qualified candidates and
discussed with our client.
Client Interviews: We schedule meetings between the client and
candidates and coordinate logistical arrangements. Based on feedback
from both our client and candidate, finalists are selected and further
meetings scheduled.
Reference Checks:
When our client selects one or two finalists, we contact previous
managers and colleagues of the candidates over the course of their
careers and obtain specific information regarding their performance and
